By completing a purchase on our platform, you agree to the terms outlined below for returns and refunds. If an item needs to be sent back, our policy clearly explains the process for your convenience.  

Eligibility for Returns  

Products must be unused, unworn, and remain in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.  

All tags, labels, and boxes should be returned without damage or alteration.    
Items that are worn, washed, or modified in any form are not eligible for return.    
Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. To begin a return, please contact our customer support team within this period.    
Any items that fail to meet these requirements will not be accepted for return.  

How to Initiate a Return  

Step 1: Submit a Request    
Send us an email with your Order ID and reason for return at enigmashops2@gmail.com.  

Step 2: Provide Supporting Evidence    
If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please attach clear photos to help us verify quickly.  

Step 3: Follow Return Guidelines    
Once your return request is approved, we will share instructions to complete the return process.  

We reserve the right to decline returns that fail to comply with our outlined conditions.  

Refund Process & Timeline  

After we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure compliance with return criteria. You will then be notified whether your refund is approved or denied. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will also receive a confirmation email once the refund is successfully completed.  

Partial Refund Guidelines  

If an item partially meets the return requirements (such as missing packaging or slight damage), we may process a partial refund at our discretion.  

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product  

In case you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly include clear images or videos of the issue in your email so we can resolve it efficiently.
